Join us on Thursday 15th January for a FREE BBQ and grab a drink or two as we celebrate the start of the 2026 UTAS Lions pre-season.

This is a relaxed, social night to welcome our new Lions, reconnect with familiar faces, and get everyone together before the season ahead. Families, partners, and anyone curious about the club are more than welcome to come along.

Whether you’re new to the club or have been part of the Lions family for years, this is a great chance to meet people, have a feed, and get excited for the season ahead!

Pre-season training for the 2026 season kicks off on Tuesday 13th January at 6:00pm, and we’re looking forward to seeing everyone back at the club.

Straight after training, at 7:45pm, we’ll be holding our Annual General Meeting. We would love to see as many players, members, parents and partners attend as possible.

There’s no pressure or expectation to join the committee; simply being there to support the club is greatly appreciated. That said, we are always keen to welcome new people who may like to get involved and help support the club in 2026.

Our football club will hold its AGM on the 30th of January at 8.00 pm. Business to be conducted, Election of office bearers for 2025. Nomination forms will be available at the clubrooms this Thursday night or can be done from the floor on the night.
